Lw9-72.5 Porcelain Column High Voltage AC Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker

I. Overview:

1.1 LW9-72.5/T2500-31.5 high-voltage sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is an outdoor three-pole AC 50Hz high-voltage electrical equipment, which is mainly used for the protection of transmission lines, but also for the use of contact circuit breakers. The circuit breaker is assembled on a frame with three poles and can not operate unipolarly.

1.2 LW9-72.5/T2500-31.5 HV Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker meets the requirements of GB1984 National Standard for High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers and IEC60056 International Electrical Commission Standard for High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers.

2. Use of environmental conditions:

2.1 The interruption current is 25 kA at ambient temperature - 30 ~40 (-45 ~40 ~40%).

2.2 Elevation not exceeding 1000M

2.3 Natural wind speed not exceeding 35m/s

2.4 Ice deposit thickness not exceeding 10 mm

2.5 Earthquake ground acceleration does not exceed

A. Horizontal acceleration 0.4g

B. Vertical acceleration 0.2g

2.6 Maximum Daily Temperature Difference 25 C

3. Performance characteristics:

3.1 Sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas is used as arc extinguishing medium in circuit breaker. Sulfur hexafluoride gas not only has good arc extinguishing performance, but also has very good electrical insulation performance. When gas is compressed by pressure cylinder, it sprays arc and extinguishes arc. The simple principle of interruption is shown in Figure 1. The circuit breaker has many advantages, such as simple structure, good interruption performance and balanced operation. It is also an ideal switch for closing capacitor banks and reactor banks.

3.2 Superior breaking performance circuit breakers can successfully break all kinds of abnormal short circuits, such as two poles grounding at the same time on both sides of reversed-phase circuit breakers, near-zone faults and other faults including end faults of circuit breakers.

3.3 Operating noise is small because the circuit breaker is sealed and isolated from the atmosphere, so there is no noise from gas ejection during operation.

3.4 The arc extinguishing chamber is simple in structure and compact in size because of its single fracture and no other valve system.

3.5 The maintenance workload of circuit breaker is small because of its simple structure and small burning loss of arc extinguishing chamber contacts when they are interrupted in sulfur hexafluoride gas, so the maintenance workload of circuit breaker is small and the maintenance cycle is long.

3.6 Safe, reliable and pure sulfur hexafluoride gas is non-toxic and non-flammable, and because the arc extinguishing chamber is well sealed, the circuit breaker is safe and reliable in use.
