I. Overview

JLS-10 three-phase oil-immersed high-voltage power metering box (hereinafter referred to as metering box) is suitable for energy metering in three-phase AC network with rated voltage of 10 kV and rated frequency of 50-60 Hz. It consists of combined transformer and meter box. II. Major Structures

1. The product is composed of a combined transformer and a measuring instrument box. The combined transformer is composed of two voltage transformers and two current transformers. The measuring instrument box is equipped with D86 series three-phase watt-hour meter and insurance device. One active watt-hour meter and one reactive watt-hour meter are used in one-way measurement, and two active watt-hour meters and two reactive watt-hour meters are used in two-way measurement.

2. The core of voltage transformer is outer iron type, which is made of high quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet. The middle column is multi-step ladder, and the primary and secondary coils are installed on the middle column.

3. The core of current transformer is inner iron type, which is made of high quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet. The primary and secondary coils are installed on the core column.

4. The voltage and current transformers are drawn out once for wiring by conductive poles in the ceramic sleeve. Voltage and current transformers are fixed on the bracket. The bracket is hoisted on the box cover through the support rod and immersed in the transformer oil.

The high-voltage lead sleeve and the secondary lead sleeve are installed on the cover of the tank, and the grounding bolt of the oil discharge plug is installed on the side of the tank.

The instrument box is mounted on the front of the tank with observation windows and lead sealing holes.

5. The double-change ratio metering box adopts the double-change ratio, which is more indirect and efficient when it is convenient to replace the variable ratio.

6. Complex ratio measurement principle, using V/V-12 connection mode, secondary B-point grounding in voltage circuit and A.C phase current secondary circuit tail-end grounding in current circuit. In the complex ratio metering box, the end of the current secondary circuit and the end of the voltage secondary circuit are connected to one point, but they are not grounded. The point (b) should be grounded reliably when the meter is actually connected.

IV. Environmental Conditions for Use

1. The altitude does not exceed 1000m.

2. Environmental temperature: the highest + 40 C; the average daily temperature is not more than 30 C; the lowest - 25 C;

3. System grounding mode: neutral point non-effective grounding system;

4. Atmospheric conditions: There is no serious pollution in the atmosphere.

V. Acceptance and inspection before use

1. Appearance inspection: The product is well sealed, the porcelain parts are not damaged, and the manufacturer's documents (certificates of qualification, instructions for use) are complete.

2. Measure the insulation resistance to the ground once with 2500 volt megohm meter. Its value is not less than 1000 M. Short-time power frequency withstand voltage test (air humidity is not more than 75%) and its test voltage value is 80% of the factory test value.

Products after long-term placement, before use, must go through 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 inspection.

3. Before installation, check and calculate whether the load matches. When installation, it should conform to the marked load value.

VI. Usage and Cautions

1. If this product is used to measure the electric power of branch lines or to assess the loss of lines, it can be used to measure.

The box is mounted on the support of the pole. It can be installed on the same platform or pole with the transformer when it is used to measure the high voltage side of the power transformer.

2. When the measuring box in the new installation and operation finds that the phase sequence is opposite, the active and reactive watt-hour meters will still be in positive turn, and the phenomenon of the reactive watt-hour meters reversing will cause the measuring errors of the watt-hour meters. The measuring box should be positioned at any two opposite positions on the high-voltage side of the measuring box, and the measuring box should be changed into positive phase sequence in order to ensure the accurate measurement of the measuring box.

3. When this product is used to measure the electric power of two-phase one-place power line, the ground should be connected to the measuring box B phase, and the other two phases should be connected in positive phase sequence to prevent additional errors in measurement.

The product must be hoisted on the oil tank.

4. The grounding bolts on the secondary terminal B of the combined transformer and the oil tank should be grounded reliably to avoid accidents.
