Zn63m-12 Series

I. Overview
ZN63M-12 series indoor high-voltage permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is a three-phase AC 50Hz indoor high-voltage switchgear with rated voltage of 12KV.
ZN63M-12 series indoor high-voltage permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker is a new type of indoor switchgear independently developed by our company. It mainly consists of vacuum circuit breaker body, controller and external high voltage transformer. It has functions of fault detection, protection control and remote communication. The controller adopts advanced DSP chip and embedded operating system, which integrates control and protection. The controller has RS485 interface. It can be equipped with remote communication module to meet the needs of power system remote communication and distribution automation, and complete four remote functions.

The circuit breaker adopts permanent magnet operating mechanism, which has long service life, high reliability and maintenance-free. It is suitable for outlet switch, main line sectional switch, branch line switch and user population switch of urban and rural power substation.

II. Environmental Conditions for Use
1. Ambient air temperature: upper limit + 40 degrees, lower limit - 40 degrees;
2. Elevation: <1000m (if the elevation increases, the rated insulation level will increase accordingly);
3. Wind pressure: not more than 700 Pa (equivalent to wind speed 34 m/s);
4. Seismic intensity: not more than 8 degrees;
5. Pollution grade: Grade IV;
6. Maximum daily temperature difference: no more than 25 degrees;
7. Relative humidity: daily average is not more than 95%, monthly average is not more than 90%.
8. Places free from flammability, explosion danger, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
