Kyn28A-12 Armoured Removable AC Metal Closed Switchgear

I. Overview:
KYN28A-12 armoured removable AC metal enclosed switchgear is a complete indoor distribution device with rated voltage of 3.6-12 KV three-phase AC 50Hz. It can be used for power transmission in power plants, electrical systems and substations in industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute electricity. It can also be used for high voltage motors which are frequently started.
The switch cabinet can meet the requirements of GB3906, DL404, IEC-298 and other standards. It also has the functions of preventing misoperation of circuit breakers, preventing loaded push-pull handcarts, preventing live switching off grounding switches, preventing grounding switches from feeding electricity at grounding positions and preventing incorrect charging intervals.

III. Structural description:
The switch cabinet is composed of a fixed cabinet body and an extractable part (handcart). The outer shell of the cabinet and the partitions of each functional unit are all bolted by aluminium-zinc plates. The protective level of switch cabinet shell reaches IP4X, and the protective level of each compartment is IP2X.
The switch cabinet can be equipped with ZN63A (VS1), VGP or VD4 type fixed sealing pole vacuum breaker and contactor and contactor + fuse combination electrical trailer. Because the installation, commissioning and maintenance of switch cabinet are under the horizontal screen, it can be installed by back to north or by wall.
Handcart: Handcart can be divided into circuit breaker trailer, voltage transformer trailer, metering handcart, isolation handcart, fuse handcart and so on. Handcart for the same purpose has interchangeability. The handcart has test isolation position and working position in the cabinet, and each position has interlocking device to ensure that the handcart can not move freely in the above two positions.

Bus Room: The main bus is led from one switch cabinet to another by branch busbar and static contact box, and busbar bushing is fixed when crossing the side panel of adjacent cabinet. All busbar is plastic sealed with heat shrinkable insulating bushing.

External cables and partitions: The shell and partition of the switchgear are made of aluminium mirror steel plate bolted after being processed and bent by NC machine tools. Therefore, the assembled switchgear cabinet can ensure the uniformity of structural dimensions. Aluminum mirror steel sheet has strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and has higher mechanical strength of the same steel sheet in North China. Switchgear is separated into handcart room, bus room, cable room and relay instrument room, each unit is grounded independently.

Circuit Breaker: A specific track is installed in the isolation chamber of the circuit breaker for the trailer to move. When the circuit breaker moves before the test position and the working position, the isolation live six opens or closes automatically to ensure that the staff does not touch the live body. The handcart can be operated when the cabinet door is closed. The position of the handcart in the cabinet can be seen through the observation window, and all the signs of the handcart can be seen at the same time.

Cable: The abundant cables can not only connect multiple cables, but also install current transformers, grounding switches, arresters and so on.

Relay room: Relay room panel and panel can be installed with control and protection components, measurement, display instrument, live monitoring display and other secondary components.

Interlocking device: Switchgear has reliable interlocking device, which ensures the safety of operators and equipment.
1. When the grounding switch is in the switch position, the handcart can move between the test position and the working position.
2. Only when the circuit breaker trailer is intelligently positioned at the test position or working position can it be operated.
3. When the grounding switch closes, the handcart cannot move from the test position to the working position.
4. The grounding switch can be operated only when the handcart is in the test position.
5. Interlocking solution of the position of the second hand and the handcart. The second plug can be inserted or removed only when the handcart is in the test position.
6. When the handcart is in the working position, the secondary plug is locked and can not be released due to mechanical interlocking.
Grounding position: In the cabling room, there is a 10*40 grounding bus, which can run through the adjacent cabinets and have good contact with the cabinet.
