Product Description
1. Product introduction:HY5WZ series distribution lightning arresters are used to protect distribution equipment such as power transformer, switch cabinet, box substation, power cable outlet, oil switch on column from damage of atmospheric and operating overvoltage.
Zinc oxide arrester is an ideal over-voltage protector in the world at present. It uses zinc oxide resistance as the main original. Compared with traditional silicon carbide arrester, it greatly improves the volt-ampere characteristics of resistors, improves the current capacity and can be made into a gap-free arrester. Therefore, it brings fundamental changes in the structure characteristics of electrical appliances.
When the arrester works under normal voltage, the current flowing through the arrester is only a micro-ampere level. When it suffers from overvoltage, the excellent non-linear characteristics of the arrester play a role. The current flowing through the arrester reaches thousands of amperes. The arrester is in the on-state, releasing the overvoltage energy, thus preventing the damage of overvoltage to transmission and transformation equipment.

3. Performance characteristics:The company produces 0.22-110KV various types of zinc oxide arresters. In addition to the performance in line with the national standard GB11032, there are the following characteristics:
1. The actual DC reference voltage is more than 4% higher than the national standard value, which is conducive to improving the stability of the arrester.
2. The energy tolerance margin is large. For example, the 2 mA square wave current capacity of 10KV distribution arrester can actually reach 150 A, and the high current impact tolerance of 4/10 UGS can reach 65 KA.
3. Leakage current is small. Leakage current under 0.75 times DC 1 mA voltage is usually less than 20 mu A, and it has good aging resistance and long-term stability and reliability.
4. The sealing structure is advanced and reliable, and the composite coat is formed by one-time integral moulding.
5. The product has large creepage distance and good pollution resistance.
6. All kinds of products with special requirements can be designed and manufactured according to user's requirements.
